SIAN

My journey as a sports massage therapist and fitness instructor began after experiencing a difficult pregnancy and birth. I wanted to gain the knowledge and understanding of how to rebuild my strength and I passionate about empowering others to do the same.

As a dedicated therapist, I specialise in pregnancy massage working with a diverse range of clients. I use my skills and experience to support those recovering from childbirth as well as individuals dealing with sports or general injuries.

My goal is to support every client to achieve a happy, healthy and functional lifestyle.

My passion for sport was nurtured from a young age where I enjoyed a range of team sports, horse riding, skiing and cross country running. My love of sports evolved into an appreciation of and fascination for how the body functions. This led me to undertaking a degree in Sports Therapy, Health and Fitness (BSc) and subsequently qualifying as a Personal Trainer with a particular interest in corrective exercise programmes. Since then, I have gained knowledge and experience with rugby and football clubs, a chiropractic clinic in London and with private clients.

As a Sports Therapist I am enthusiastic about working with clients who would like support with general day to day mobility and injury prevention, who would like support with specific training goals or who are in need of a recovery and rehabilitation program.
